  • A free consultation on the premises to meet the specific electric heating requirements for your property (and air conditioning/heat pump if needed)
  • A detailed estimate based on the most compatible electric heating options for the property
  • Assist you in applying for the Chauffez Vert financial aid program
  • Prepare a conversion agreement detailing all the steps required to carry out the entire conversion process
  • Schedule an installation date
  • Modify, if necessary, your electric entry to ensure that it can handle the power required to run the new electric heating system
  • Dismantle and remove all oil heating equipment from the property (including the oil tank)
  • Install the electric heating system, including an air conditioner /heat pump (central or mural) if required

Furthermore, we can replace old electric heating systems, whether they are warm air electric furnaces or hot water electric boilers including the replacement of old electric water heaters. We also convert natural gas heating systems and water heaters to electricity.
